The brushes that were there were good quality
Brushes are good quality, look good, no factory smell, but i was missing a brush and one of my brushes were really frayed upon opening.

The media could not be loaded. All the brushes are very nice and soft. Definitely would recommend all of the brushes are made well and I’ve seen no hair fall out or breaking. The bags that’s it comes in are amazing they have no tearing or issues. Absolutely love!!After having them for a couple months they have started breaking, the hair fell out and I only have a few left.
