I received this in a very timely manner. I am new to using wigs but the product was pre plucked and I got help from my daughter on how to install it. The hair was soft and I did have to flat iron it to get the bend out.

I was waiting for this just to get it today and I'm soon disappointed.Will definitely return it. I have tried different style to like it but not working.

I just unboxed yesterday despite being bought weeks prior, I wanted a quick alternative to styling my own hair. The hair is super soft but does not hold curls at all nor stays flat so in the end I looked like a new fluffy mop. It also sheds a lot more than expected given that I just opened and used, just running my finger through removed multiple strands. The cap is very large, even after adjusting the strap it just bunches up. There was a mild odour but but tolerable. Overall was not satisfied but I guess for the price, it is what it is.

This hair is soft but the it’s not put together well. They needed to do a better job of sewing the hair on. It has too many knots and pumps in it and by the time I tried it on it was too late to return it. Just a waste of my money. It fits terribly!
