While this pill box arrived quickly, the box it came in was crushed so I had to buy a new gift box to present it in. The item itself looks & feels somewhat cheaper than the price. Has a good closure though, so at least it won't open in your pocket.

I really like this retro pill holder. I do think it's a bit expensive considering the size, but it does hold more than my last pill holder, and it has a strong clasp.

I was looking for something discreet and elegant to carry pills I take twice daily; keeping the actual bottles in my purse wasn't cutting it. I initially chose this product purely for the aesthetic, the brushed brass is gorgeous. The function is great, too. The size is compact, but allows for quite a few pills in each section. The opening mechanism is easy to use, but doesn't pop open unexpectedly. The hinge looks small and delicate, but when in motion it feels strong and secure.Like other reviewers, I noticed a small gap between the divider and the lid. Big pills stay secure, but small pills can shift back and forth. To prevent this, I cut out a piece of packaging foam to line the lid. While I would suggest Houder consider lining the pill boxes, it's an easy enough fix to do it yourself, and not enough to knock off a star from the rating.Overall, I am glad to have purchased this and would do so again.

I have a love for anything vintage. This is beautiful and holds just the right amount of medication for me.
