Arrived this week and already had it out twice in the cold and snow. Was looking for winter hat with brim to keep sun out of eyes and snow/rain off my glasses. Liner is warm and she'll is waterproof. Like the ear flaps for those really cold days.

Perfect for winter and snowy days, keeps your head warm without being itchy. Exactly what I wanted.

This baseball style cap is warm, extremely well designed and flexible at the same time.It is waterproof and functions in two modes. The first is as a normal baseball cap where it is padded and feels very comfortable. Where it will come into its own, though is when it is cold and wet as you unfold the flaps inside and they cover your ears and back of your neck completely.It takes seconds to switch between the two and is portable if you need to take it with you in anticipation of the weather changing.

My husband's head measures 59cm. The size guide recommends large. It actually fits with a bit of room to spare on the circumference.The fleece lining is very warm and the green colour looks great.The hat would fit perfectly but for the fact that it doesn't come down the sides as far as you would expect. With the flaps folded up it sits a good 1cm above the ears. For being an oversized hat he expected it to come down to the top of his ears.Because it sits high on the head, he believes that the slightest wind will catch the large bill and blow the hat off. If you tighten the strap at the back it just rides up (it might just be the shape of his conical head). Also, there is no chin strap. If the hat fitted lower and it had a bungee that went all around the headband it would be perfect.Still, that said, it will be fine for cold still days.

Great quality hat, perfect for keeping your head and ears warm, well made and a good value.

So the material this is made of is nice to touch, you get a fully lined inside keeping you warm and with the earlobes down it fits your head absolutelly fine.Unfortunatelly with the lobs inside ....it is impossible to wear as it just not sits flush to your head ..is the only way to describe it..it may be my head ..but thats it it literally sits on you head as a plastic bowl thats the only way to describe it .
