I'm hoping this helps
I don't take 2 before every meal like it says. I take 2 before a meal that is not compliant with the Plant Paradox diet. I haven't used it enough yet to know if it is going to help but I seem to do pretty good when I get a little off the diet. I don't have a lot of increased pain.

not a great find
when i bought this product, the price was good, i am just beginning to get use to it even though my pain continues. but when i wanted to order it again and i found out that the price has increased by $10 so i am ordering another brand with the same ingredients at lesser price and i will lock the price with automatic delivery. i think this seller is competing with Gundry MD lectin shield. I think the ANTI LECTIN WILL EVENTUALLY help me because it is so hard to avoid lectins even if you are Vegetarian. Almost all the food will eat contain lectins which is the root of all problems in human bodies. no visible benefit from this product. this is another way to make more money. i am returning the new bottle that i just bought. it is very hard to find true supplement that really works

Useless
Tried this as a less expensive alternative to Dr. Gundry's anti-lectin. His products are all BS and over priced. This brand TASTES LIKE SEA WEED and after 2 months has done nothing for me ( Gundry"s didn't do anything either). I think this whole Lectin stichk is all BS.

Very similar to Lectin Shield, but less expensive.
I began using this product after trying Lectin shield to help digestive problems. This product has almost identical ingredients but is far less expensive which works in my budget. So far it seems to be helping, allowing me to eat more foods that I love without problems.

Seems to help
I think this helps some. I can’t take as directed. But take 1 pill before lunch and dinner. I think it helps with IBS.
