Definitely has an effect on long computer sessions, my sleep has even gotten better when using it at night. I don’t really ever get headaches from screens so it’s hard to tell if it prevents that, but it definitely prevents a lot of blue light.The build of the glasses is nice and sturdy, keeping in tact for the last 2 years i’ve owned it.Overall, this product is worth buying if you spent large amounts of time on screens, especially in a row.
