My wife is using these to exercise her mollars’ strength. Is working very well for her.

This did not work for me because I have no back teeth but do have some front teeth. They are not wide enough to touch my gums in the back where I wanted to reduce the bone loss by chewing.

While I think the idea is good and the material is fine, these are not useful for adults to use for stimulating molar extractions They are short and straight so that it is difficult to use them on back teeth.Update: While the product did not work for me, the customer service was great. They saw my review and refunded my purchase price. Nice work!

I like to chew on these when at my desk to strengthen my teeth/gums. Its a pretty sturdy rubbery type material so it has good resistance.

I've never used anything like this before. These chewing tools resemble the chewies used for invisaligners. However these are designed to prevent receding gums and loose teeth. The idea is that not properly chewing with all your teeth can cause gum atrophy. These arrived in a sealed foil bag along with instructions. They seem pretty sturdy and are designed to provide just the right amount of pressure. I've only used them a couple of days, in the evening.They're simple to use and only take seconds per tooth.I'm being careful because I do have stable periodontists. If there is any pain when biting down on these, you're urged to see your dentist right away. So far, so good. These seem like a good idea and I'm happy to try them. You're supposed to use them daily for 2-3 months, so time will tell.
