Viridian New CTL with SAFECharge

Ordered both the CTL and CTL+. Really prefer the +. They are both great products. Charge fast and hold a charge for a while.

Finally, a pistol light that fits my pistol! The position is adjustable if desired, but I pushed it all the way back for easier 1-finger control.It also comes with a 5,000ma/hr power cell that connects to the charging connector to keep the light charged while stored.I’m very happy with this purchase.

It's highly adjustable, even the rail can be moved along the centerline to get a snug fit against your weapons trigger guard and it's very solid once tightened down. The only thing I'd like to change would be a rocker type switch similar to the TLR-8 to give a more natural activation of the light with your support hand and reduce drag against a holster when drawing. I like how compact and fairly snagless the unit is as well.

Picked this up to pair with a Springfield Hellcat Pro. Works great. Nice and compact, easy to use and love the magnetic charging.

The MOST important add/on function someone needs to have in a combat zone/situation is a light attached to your weapon. Second is the ability to turn it off and on without sound and quickly. When someone starts shooting at you in a dark room it’s hard to hide from them when your light won’t turn off. TRL-1 was made by someone who knew what it felt like getting shot at in the dark.All other functions are fine, well made light. But I would NEVER suggest this to anyone for that very reason.
