This is deeper than any typical fajita pan, so honestly I think that's not the right label for this item. So far we have used it to oven roast beef chunks for a dinner for two in one of the casseroles. Perfect size and depth for a hearty portion for two. Rustic elegance as a serving piece right out of the oven on the heat resistant wood. We've also done a potato au gratin for two. Once seasoned it works just like all good cast iron pots, minimal or no sticking. Next we will do a meatball dish in the pizza oven (stone oven). Very versatile and we are very happy with them.

It’s a nice product, but the description was somewhat deceptive, showing a set of four when you in fact there are only two in an order so you have to purchase two sets. That really doesn’t make any sense not to mention doubles the price.

No good or I got a defected one. It came rusted. Will be returning.

We were looking for a skillet that we could place an entire meal on....steak, potatoes, etc. This set could be fun for cooking omelets perhaps but way too small to be useful. Make a bigger on and you got a winner.

Both parts of the set arrived damaged. The skillets had a handle broken off in the same place. It probably happened during shipping, but all it tells me is that the connection between the handles and the skillet is weak. How could cast iron have been broken so easily? And then there's the wooden base. It's made of a soft wood, which means that any damage it takes will show.The price I paid absolutely does not match the quality I received.
