This shilajit product is very good I kid you not!!! Early in the morning I take about 600mg with warm water or warm almond milk and It gives me a boost of energy to start doing the first few things that need to he done around the house! But be very careful becuase taken in high dosage could lead to constant bathroom usage hahaha, I guess its the amount of minerals I get from the product that gives me the urgency to use the bathroom. But overall a very good product, I highly recommend it!!!

After much research on many dietary supplements I decided to try Himalayan Shikajit for the bone density attributes. I found that I had more energy & my skin looks much healthier! Just a pea size of resin dissolved in milk (or water) in the morning, I put in shit glass & gulp it down! The taste is a bit strong I can definitely tell if I go a day without my Himalayan Shilajit. The price is right too!

Well just got it seems legit. Package very well came with a note of test approval. Not the best taste now.

My yoga teacher from India used to take Shilajit from a small herbal company in Rishikesh, India, decades ago. Even then it was costly, so the price of this product alone should put up red flags. This product by Bodywise bears no resemblance to the ancient Ayurveda remedy. One "pea-sized" dose convinced me that this is not only awful tasting (like burnt plastic) but also DETRIMENTAL to my health. All the hype and so-called authenticity is fabricated. Someone in India has realized that with enough smoke and mirrors, you can sell Americans anything. And BTW, this product is not returnable, so they don't stand behind their product.

At least not fake, but not as good as the other brands, could be better... after a month, nothing changed, only in the first week

This is the best Shilajit I have ever tried it is very good quality, it helps make you feel better during the day and is definitely worth it for its price. I have tried other Shilajit before they didn’t taste good this doesn’t taste amazing either but it definitely beats the other ones that I have tried. I definitely recommend it
