Can anyone tell me the actual dimensions of the dome?

The cloche is approximately 6" dia. and 4-4 1/2" T. They are mouth blown so there is some variation in size.

Can you use non-foghat butane?

Although non-foghat butane will be functional in the torch however, non-culinary butane will taste and smell of gas and will impart the taste and smell of gas into your food or drinks, so it is not recommended to use non-foghat butane with this product.

I just need the dome. Where can i get one?

We do not sell just the cloche alone. We sell the cloche and cutting board together on our website.
