Red / Green bands = higher resistance (stronger) Smaller/narrow bands = lighter resistanceWidth is too small for some users: If you expect a but blue one width is to small thicker (full-width) band, this one feels a bit narrow and thin. That makes it easier to stretch, but also means it’s less challenging for heavier resistance exercises.

Great for home gym exercises and can be replaced some machines we used in gyms. It's a very convenient purchase.

This is just superb.. FIRSTLY, i thought it can damage but it's so flexible and useful piece. Loved using it everyday for home workouts. Superb product and will order more with tighter resistance. Super one. Must go exercise rats.
