Wonderful orange car
My Grandson loved this car. It has a durability that will be excellent for playing in the garden and is robust enough to be bumped around without breaking.

Our child didn't appreciate this one
The media could not be loaded. I really like that this brand is free from BPA, Phthalates, PVC and harmful coatings and it would be great for those children who have a wonderful imagination. As I discovered, my grandson is unfortunately not that kind of child. He's grown up in a world of electronics where toys are expected to entertain. He's two and possibly going through a bit of a 'stage'. HIs face lit up at the sight of the car so it must have been visually pleasing to him, but the first thing he did was turn it over and notice the large gap under the car and assume that was where batteries needed to go. My explanation that this car didn't need batteries didn't go down well and the car was catapulted to the other side of the room, never to be played with by him again. Now that doesn't make it a bad car, it a nice, safe, perhaps a little overpriced car but it will be far more appreciated by a child who doesn't need their toys to make a sound, flash lights or propel itself across the room with speed.

Good simple toy car
Grandson loves it, pushes it around everywhere, easy to hold, sturdy, puts up with bangs and crashes

Very basic, and not really in a good way
No batteries, no sound or flashing lights, just a good old-fashioned toy. Sounds great, but it just isn’t much fun. There’s no pull-back action and it doesn’t even have front wheels that turn to steer. It was soon rejected by our two-year-old grandson in favour of alternatives, although he did give it a little more attention later. The packaging is appealing, and so is the car itself, so we had fairly high expectations. It makes a useful addition to the toy box, but £14.99 for such a simple toy is too much. If you do buy, check it for sharp edges that may need attention before handing to a child.

Great quality, basic function
The media could not be loaded. This car is a basic model but feels strong and durablePros- the wheels go round smoothly- the plastic feels of good quality- its a good size for young children- it feels durable- it doesn't require batteriesCons- there are no extra features i.e. the doors don't open, it has no lights or sounds, it is very basicFor the price, you could buy a car with flashing lights and sounds, that's more interactive for children but it would not have the quality and stability of this car. Overall I do like this car and would buy another.

fun for toddlers.
This is a nice sized toy car which is perfect for toddlers to play with. Its easy for little ones to old on to and there isn't any small parts so safe for little ones to play with. Its made from plastic which is advertised as being safe and BPA - free which is good. As the toy is made from plastic its fab for toddlers to play with both inside and out. You could play with it in a sandpit or even with water. The car is a nice bright green colour and has nice details on the steering wheel and seats. The toy looks to be fairly sturdy and well made.

Pure Imaginative Play - Tested on a 2 year old
There is something almost organic and pure about this range of play things, no fancy internal mechanical components to break, no unnecessary little parts to lose, just basic imaginative play that Friedrich Froebel would be proud of.From what we can see, there are no little parts that can break off and be swallowed, apart from the wheels, the main car section is made of just two parts that are clipped together, no signs of glue or welding, or even any little screws holding it together.Cleaning wise, just a simple wipe over to keep clean, although there are a couple of awkward crevices on the bottom of the car that might need a bottom bud to get muck out.So we tested this on our 2 year old nephew - instant fail - bored after 30 seconds and upstaged by a Sky remote control.. I'm blaming his parents for this and not the toy.Its claimed to be 100% safe for 18 months upwards, and with the wife's extensive experience in childcare and early years education, we would question the fact that it is constructed from very hard plastic, and that any child falling onto this could be injured, just ask anyone who has stepped on Lego, some mums have even compared 'that' to childbirth. We do like this range of playthings, and feel that it would make a great addition to any 24-36 months old toy box, as long as the child is inclined to play through imagination and not part of the phone / tablet generation.
