😲
A good twisty story, took about a quarter for me to really get into it but once it started to really ramp up with the action and deceit and the twists and turns started flying it became a much more interesting read.

Confusing
Who on earth proof-reads these things? Scott Winthrop's daughter, Alexa, is supposedly kidnapped, but the kidnappers captured her friend, Jada, by mistake. Jada is desperately trying to pretend that she is Alexa, but when the kidnappers 'phone about the ransom, dick-head daddy talks to her and says: “Jada! Oh God, baby, are you all right?” And who notices? Not the kidnappers; not the police recording the call; not Jada's family when they listen to the recording; obviously not the author!
