Soft and seems durable
Received it today. Seems steardy and soft. Size is compact and one can use their cotton or silk pillow covers on them. Directions say that it is not to be washed.

i liked the pillow . i orderd softest one and it was very soft. i did not give 5 star as the size is a bit large than normal so a pillow cover might be a diffcult to find.

Avg quality
After using it for 6 month I would say it is good for cervical pain but quality of the product is average, memory foam is peeling off and cracks are found on the same with it getting D coloured. Too many bubble on the cover despite using it with additional pillow cover.If the product is manufactured for six months use then is can be termed as good an avg spend of 150/month.
