Warum 200,- EUR für einen Topf ausgeben, den du auch für 80,-EUR von einem soliden anderen Hersteller erwerben könntest? Meine Beweggründe waren: Es sollte etwas mit Kupfer sein, u.a. weil Wärmeleitfähigkeit 25 x besser als Edelstahl und ich wollte mir was gönnen. Ergebnis: Das Teil ist geil! Sieht richtig gut aus, leicht, filigran, gutes Handling, sehr wertig, tolle Griffe, Deckel schliesst gut ab und sehr gute Kocheigenschaften. Ich konnte den Herd garnicht weit genug runterdrehen, um Dosentomaten einzukochen. Klare Kaufempfehlung für Liebhaber wertigen Geräts (nur nie in die Geschirrspülmaschine).
