Quality and packaging is excellent!

Customer service is not often a high priority, but this seller went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my order. I now have a new necklace that is just as I hoped it would be. This is a dainty and beautiful necklace. The opal has a nice color to it and it goes with almost anything. The chain is very nice. It has a good shine and seems sturdy and good quality. This is a great necklace that would add a nice touch to anything you wear. It is simple, but elegant and I’m very happy with it!This necklace looked so dainty and pretty to me from the listing. I was so excited for this necklace to arrive, but when I opened it was really disappointed. This is not an opal and looks nothing like an opal. What I got was a clear and transparent charm that looks more like a piece of glass. It has no color at all and just looks like a cheap imitation of a gem. I have looked at pictures from other reviews that look much nicer than the one I got, so maybe I mine was a fluke or maybe I was sent the wrong item, but what I received was certainly not an opal or even a fake opal. I did round up because the chain is nice and seems to be decent quality. Will have to find a more flattering charm to pair with it.

I am impressed by the care that seemed to be invested into this presentation, but I have doubts about the quality of the opal stone itself. I like the slender 16” sterling silver box chain, which is a great length for me. It includes a 2” extender and a .925 stamp. I had recently purchased an opal ring, which I love, and considered obtaining an opal necklace to accompany it.I think the opal pendant itself is pretty and dainty. It displays a slightly milky glow with a bluish tint. Yet, I have a concern that this opal necklace may be reminiscent of a man-made opalite of glass resin or metal, which is commonly called “opal” in the industry.I feel some disappointment, as I have seen many of these opalites often grouped under a generic “opal” label. However, I do not know for sure. If one prefers only an attractive presentation, then this may not be a high priority. If one desires authenticity, then I would caution to options open and learn first about the different types of opals. The .925 chain is terrific.I was delighted by the unique box, doubling as a small drawer, which incorporated a soft white drawstring bag, information on opal benefits, a handy polishing cloth, and an inspirational saying “own your unique shine”.

The necklace arrived quickly. It was packaged in a cute little box with pretty ribbon. The necklace itself it very dainty and the amethyst stone is very vivid and just beautiful. I am so glad that I got this. I plan on giving it to my niece for her birthday this year. Great value!

A pretty amethyst necklace, for the price. I was glad to see it stamped for silver. It may be a tad small for me, could use a longer chain. And I wished the stone would have been a bit larger. But it's still pretty.The overall packaging/presentation is perfect if you’re giving it as a gift to someone.Should mention that the chain wasn’t secured well in my box, so it was tangled.
