worked well in an older 3-wheel golden scooter. these keys are pretty generic with the diameter being the important factor, just make sure you get the one that fits in whatever size keyhole your scooter has. i had been using a 1/4" bolt temporarily, but this is much nicer looking and easier to insert/remove.

Not sure where the original key is after all these years, but had a friend that could use the scooter. Ordered this key and it works like a dream. The sonic scooter I have was my dad's from at least 15 years ago.
