Great for added safety
Purchased this for my neighbor who quilts. She gave herself a really nasty cut over two of her fingers when cutting her fabric without using a grip. This size is perfect for her smaller projects and smaller rulers. Highly suggest for added safety.

Good way to hold your small rulers.
A nice way to hold those small rulers especially when you're cutting a lot of fabric. It's small enough to use on my 2.5" ruler.

Arrived dirty
I had to do quite a bit of cleaning on the suction portion before use. It looked like it had rolled around in someone's bag for a month or....? It did work once I got it cleaned up, but I was still disappointed.
