Only just tried, hopefully it will work.I have used the copper tape before, and that seems to work.Would recommend

I use this to try to keep slugs and snails away from my hosts plants. I think it helps.

Not convinced it is copper wire, more like fine material netting. Thought I'd be zble to do every possible hole but not no even this length just did one hole, far too fine, dont bother
