Ordered this for my mom for Mother's Day, she totally loved it.

I bought 2 necklaces for my daughter and her wife for Mother’s Day. The one from this company was great, she loved it. Engraving was readable and looked great. I’m actually going to revisit site and hope to replace other one bought elsewhere which couldn’t be read at all.

Easy to personalize and quickly produced and shipped. It is lovely to look at and thrilled the Mom who got this from her kids as a birthday gift.

Names are very small. Even a simple 4 letter name is in very tiny print. Chain is very cheap and thin. Other than that it is a pretty necklace.

I am so pleased with the necklaces for both. My Daughters as part of their Christmas one arrived perfect the second was not so good as there was no names on it. I contacted your company and it was sorted right away, although it was about four or five weeks late but I received it and my younger Daughter loved it so no harm done, it wouldn't put me off buying from this company again

I was very disappointed when this arrived today. The chain I could not tie as it was of such poor quality so I had to throw that away and use another. I liked the heart and the birthstones but the engraving was too faint with tiny lettering making it difficult to read. I gave 3 stars only because the price is very cheap compared to similar products but I wish I had spent more to get a better quality item.

It's alot smaller than I expected it's quite hard to see the names and the stones it comes with a proper cleaning cloth and it came on the 7th July when it was supposed to come between the 24th st of July to the 1st off August so delivery wise especially the fact it was a present perfect showed it to my female best friend and she thought it was gorgeous but agian it quite small I think the size is the main issue unable to see the name or the stones unless you really comsertrate apart from that it's love comes in a box with a paper rose saying just for you which was a nice touch for £25 you can't go to wrong it said it had £45 off and it's sterling sliver if that is true let's face it it's worth what your getting

The quality was very poor. felt like it was going to snap from just holding it. I would expect this quality if it was £3.The marking on the necklace was okay could be a lot better! once again I expect this sort of quality if I payed £3.The only good thing about it was not the necklace but when it arrived.Very disappointed with my order.

The heart is nice enough but the engraved names are not as visible as I had hoped.In fact they are nearly impossible to read at some angles so that was quite a disappointment.The chain is a bit flimsy but overall for this price-the item is ok.It came in a lovely box though so that was a nice touch.
