Must Read!
Great book - easy to follow and full of valuable information! I've been trying to find ways to improve my overall health including immune system, energy level, brain fog and symptoms related to menopause. I found this book on Audible I listened to it 2 months ago. I have since implemented many suggestions from the book into my life with great results. I feel better both mentally and physically. I have more energy and my brain fog is gone. Although not my initial goal I've lost 10 pounds. Since listening to the book I purchased the hard copy and mailed to three of my friends. The author, Maggie, found ways to improve her health without traditional medicine and doctors. I am grateful to her for sharing this experience with others in a way we can understand and practice in our everyday lives.

Prioritizing health & wellness
I absolutely LOVED this book. I actually bought it 11 months ago and recently whipped it back out again to re-use as a guide to follow as I further implement my New Year’s resolutions into my daily health and wellness routines. This book is highly informative and very well written. I’m a Registered Nurse and very type “A”, so it was quite nice to get a little refresher on some of the most important body systems in an organized format. I strongly recommend taking notes as you read through. My entire book is filled with happy post-its! Make the small investment in yourself, you’ll be happy you did :)

Reduce inflammation
If you are new to the health and wellness space, are looking to improve your life, or are a health enthusiast: get the book!Maggie really goes all in on inflammation and explaining very simply where inflammation could be coming from and what to do about it! I love the recipes she provides, the fun quizzes at the end, and the walk through she does of detoxifying your everyday products!

Easy changes and big results
This book was a total game-changer for me! Inflammation was impacting my life in more ways than I initially realized and I've already seen improvements in my sleep and joint pain in just a few days from making small adjustments to my diet and lifestyle. Her tips are really straightforward and easy to implement and the book was honestly a fun read too. You can feel her personality coming through in the way it's written so it's more like reading a cozy blog than a textbook. There were even more good resources on the book's website too.

Easy Read and Life-Changing Wellness Tips!
OBSESSED with this book! As a functional medicine practitioner… this is a must read! I can’t wait to teach my clients some of the wellness tips outlined in this book and implement some of these lifestyle habits for myself. Maggie is so knowledgeable and she lays everything out in an easy way to understand. Highly recommend!!
