This floating pond fountain is a wonderful product. We have a 20 X 30 frog pond that is 4 ft deep in the middle. This fountain works perfect for that size pond. The ratio of water spray vs area of pond seems the right proportions. The 3 spray patterns are larger and more impressive than I expected. My favorite is the mushroom shaped spray pattern. I had reservations about the LED lights looking cheap but to my surprise they look very elegant when the lights are on at night. The skimmer comes with 30ft of white cord to secure it in the middle of the pond. I think we will replace this with black cord at a later date. I explained the following to my husband twice (maybe yours is the same). If you want the fountain in the center of a 20 ft wide pond you will need 10 ft of cord on one side and 20 ft of cord on the other side. 10 ft on the side you clean the skimmer from and 20ft on the opposite side. This ensures the cord stays secure on the opposite side so you can pull the fountain back to the middle of the pond after cleaning. We have a few trees on the edge of the pond so the skimmer might need cleaning on a regular schedule. When the weather warms up I am looking forward to sitting in the swing in the early evening, listening to the frogs croaking and the water splashing.

This floating fountain is absolutely out of this world! I love that you can use it in a pool, or a pond! It adds so much cuteness to our backyard pond!! You can also choose from seven different colors to add a little pizzazz! My husband set this up very easily, and it took no time! It is super well made and the craftsmanship is outstanding! Does not feel cheap whatsoever! Definitely a great value for the money! I'm honestly thinking about getting another one just for our pool!! It does everything that is supposed to do according to the ad, and it looks even better than I imagined! If you are thinking about it definitely go for it! 10 out of 10

The media could not be loaded.  The only thing my pond has to get is an aerator. This skimmer replaced the solar fountain and skimmer I had in this pond. The power is stronger. I use a timer extension cord to control it. The light runs from a separate DC cord. You'll need to outlets to run the entire set up. Switching the blue valve allows the fountain to go up and down. I have a 125 gallon pond and I was worried it was too powerful for it. It's not. At the price point it saves the cost of the fountain, lights, and skimmer.
