I love these socks. They're nicely made, warm and soft. They are a little on the thick side though, so I wouldn't wear them with dress shoes. They fit my feet perfectly. I'm a 10.5-11 size shoes and I ordered M-L. That size wouldn't fit a bigger foot though.

I'm on the constant search for the perfect pair of winter socks. Most of them are simply too bulky and would require a full size up pair of shoes/boots. These are often made of multiple fibers that may do a good job of sweat absorption but aren't warm, or the other way around.These are warm and comfortable. Specifically they don't itch. The price is very good for being mostly wool.The only negative is that they shrink, even when washed in cold water and not put in the dryer. When I first put them on they were just right (size Med/Large for my 11.5) but once washed they tightened up a little (acceptable) but also shrunk about 1 inch in length, enough to be noticable and just feel 'short.'Suggestion for the manufacturer: Offer a Large/XL size!

These socks are the best. They are as advertised. If I could give more than five stars I would. Have given as presents to lots of family members. Great quality.

Delivered quickly, fit well. Sizing seems coreect to me. Perfect for cooler weather which we are having now.
