Good phone. Get what you pay for
Save your money. But a ruggedized phone. Basically a tough Samsung 9. Recommended. Especially for the money

Good phone, but 2 things to know
This is a solid little phone. Strong and sturdy as rugged phones usually are. The screen will be very difficult to crack. Good camera, clear calls, touchscreen is tiny, but it's a compact phone. Great features.2 annoying things about it, one I can live with, one I cannot believe:I can live with the fact that this phone does not have a 3.5mm, but I am old schoolI cannot believe they designed the speakers on the back to sit flat on a flat surface. What this means is that if you place the phone on a table face up, it mutes your speakers. You can't hear the phone ring or anything. What idiot thought of that? The workaround is this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0897XP2HF?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsIt will raise the phone enough to not hinder the speaker performance, but should we have to do that?

Great phones. Great customer service
I have only used Blackview phones for almost 5 years now. Always the rugged models and they usually last me a year and a half on average. And, my phones tend to find themselves in so rough environments. Couple that with rugged phones under $200 and a higher priced model with Thermal Imagining . Long battery life. Check them for yourself.

This black view has got to be the worst phone I've ever bought in my life I've had it for 2 months and it's so slow it is ridiculous

Great Phone and Even Better Customer Service!
The phone is very rugged and great if you are worried about dropping it as you do not need a separate case. I bought this for my 10 year old son knowing he would probably drop it a few times and it has held up. Getting the phone set up was a breeze and dealing with customer service was even better, Zoey is amazing to deal with and helped me with any issue we had.

Well armored phone.
Phone has all the features I need. It's easy to carry. It has protection that keeps it safe when I'm outside working. Best part is I can have both my numbers on one phone. That helps not having to keep up with two phones. Still new to the phone but first impression is a positive one. After a month with the phone I have some issues with it. First it's slow and glitchey. Second it will not open links sent to you in an email. Third you can't screen cast from this phone. So to add to my previous review I would tell you this phone is ok but not the best. I am not as happy with it as I feel I should be. I still like two sim slots but you would think the rest of the phone would be equal to that quality. So I'm revising my review.

Great
Camera inferior to mainstream cell phones. The phone should have been built with a screen recessed more than .5 millimeter from the outer casing, two prone to scratches

No3.5 mm plug
It's waterproof and quiet tuff but 2 stars because it has no 3.5mm input or " Aux's" out put very poor design for drop down menu on able to open after phone is woken
