All the Blinding Menace by Jel

I didn't think this area of Kent was rich in musical talent until I heard this and now I rate it as one of of my forever favourites - it is poigniant, witty and totally addictive. It's one of those little secrets that you have that is more special because no-one knows about it. With lyrics like: "If you haven't got the decency to hate me then replace me, love me or I die", this album was one thing my husband didn't get back after the divorce (and it's a signed copy)!Now, who knows where I can get the next album?

So rumours abound of a second Jel (yes, one of the many with the same name) album. If it's anything as good as this gem then we've earned another year's worth of heartfealt listening to these bunch of oldies that can still give the great man himself (i.e. Mr Mavers) a run for his money.
