I tried using this on a Macbook Pro A1707. It stops working after a few seconds and does not resume charging (I've waited more than 15 minutes).

It did not work. I didn't try it right away but when I did, the window to return it expired!! Do not buy.

Did not work as expected, the macbook pro kept switching back and fourth between charging and uncharging using 85W magsafe2 power adapter.

Died after one use. Unbelievably low quality.

Returned it. As others noted, it would cycle to and from powering to not powering. Do not buy.
