I used for my hair and love the texture how it feels

I have used rosemary oil for over a year on my hair and its pretty obvious when one uses a carrier oil. This product by ELBBUB states that it is 100% rosemary oil (as opposed to 100% natural that so many others advertise so they can add fillers). Initially, this seemed more true to the watery (as opposed to oily) consistency that I'm used to in a rosemary essential oil, but after drying my hair there was a definite oilier texture. I'm not convinced they did not sneak in a small amout of carrier oil. I will likely use this for hair mask mixing. It smells like rosemary essential oil.

I was really excited to use this product for my eyebrows but realized that this is actually toxic to cats so didn't get a chance to actually use it just because obviously I don't want to potentially get my cat sick but it did come fast and it seemed like a great product just be cautious if you have cats.

(bought this for spider mites) The Rosemary Oil vs Minoxidil Study (2015) This is the study most people refer to: Title: Randomized comparative trial of rosemary oil and minoxidil (2%) for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia (2015) Main claim: Rosemary oil was "as effective" as 2% minoxidil in promoting hair growth over 6 months. Major Flaws & Misrepresentations: Small Sample Size Only 100 participants were involved — 50 per group. That’s not enough to generalize the results widely. Short Duration The trial only lasted 6 months. Hair growth cycles are long, and results can vary significantly over more extended periods. No Placebo Group There was no untreated or placebo control group, so it’s hard to tell whether either treatment was effective beyond placebo effect. Low Strength Minoxidil The comparison used 2% minoxidil, not the more commonly used and more effective 5% solution, which limits how useful the comparison is. Subjective Outcome Measures The study relied heavily on self-reported itching and photographs rather than more objective measures like hair count or diameter. Lack of Blinding There's limited information on whether the study was truly double-blinded — a crucial factor for reducing bias.
