Great connections but usb-a is difficult to insert connectors
Great product but the usb-A connections are just too tight against the frame, making some cables too difficult to connect. Suspect it’s faulty but leaving cable plugged in permanently. May yet send back if they honour warranty

Value for money and the product to work
The item is not working it does not project the laptop on the screen and it is a brand new laptop I have so I had to use a HDMI lead and the product got so hot after 4 hours you could barely touch it this item will be coming back straight after my holiday Regards John.

Would not support three extended monitors without screens randomly flashing on and off.
I had hoped that this hub would enable me to use two external monitors with my Surface Pro laptop. It seemed to for a few minutes each time and then the external monitors would flash on and off at random intervals.I returned this product and bought the Anker equivalent which, not perfect, works a lot better as far as running two external monitors is concerned.

Couldn't get it to work
Passes audio fine but wouldn't work for two HDMI monitors (the reason I bought it!). I assume the other untested connection work fine, but I just went back and spent £10 on two display only adaptors instead.

Supports recommended display settings for 3 monitors
This docking station stopped working after 9 months, but I contacted customer service and they were very responsive and helped me figure out how to fix the issue. It supports all 3 of my monitors at a great resolution, even though my laptop is very old and has compatibility issues with other docking stations. And all of this, despite being very affordable.

Funciona parcialmente bien
Tengo 2 semanas usandolo y funciona parcialmente bienTengo conectados 3 monitores, dos por hdmi y uno por DisplayPort y muy seguido la imágen se va de alguno de los monitores por 1 o 2 segundos y se reestablece, es molesto cuando estás jugando porque se te va sin avisar y no vez nada por unos segundos. Ya habia usado otros hubs parecidos y no habia tenido problemas, fuera de ese problema funciona bien.

Works great
Ive been using for a few months now and have not had any issues. Comes with all the plugins I need. I currently use it for an extra 2 monitors, mouse, keyboard, ethernet cable and I still have plenty of room. I would definitely recommend. My only complaint would be the shape of it, when you have several cords plugged in it gets a little awkward shaped. Not a lot you can do about that though.
