How quickly will I feel the effects of a Revvies Energy Strip?

Most users feel effects within 5–15 minutes. Caffeine absorbs directly through the mouth lining, bypassing the gut entirely, making Revvies significantly faster than drinks, tablets or gels.

How many strips can I take and how often?

Each strip contains 40mg of caffeine. Take up to 3–4 per day, spaced at least 60 minutes apart. If caffeine-sensitive, start with one. Extra Strength strips contain 100mg, use with the same care.

Are Revvies Energy Strips safe to use in competition?

Yes. Every batch is Informed Sport certified, independently tested for prohibited substances. Trusted by elite athletes and competitive runners worldwide and safe for use at all levels of competition.

Are the strips suitable for vegans and people with dietary requirements?

Yes. Revvies strips are vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free and under 2 calories. Free from artificial colours and common allergens. Consult a healthcare professional if pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication.

Can I take Revvies Energy Strips with other Revvies products?

Yes. Take a strip before exercise, fuel with Energy Gelly every 15–30 minutes, and hydrate with Electrolyte Powder throughout. Always monitor your total daily caffeine intake when combining products
