This shoe is just what I have been looking for to wear with a skirt, for dancing, theatre etc.It is soft and comfortable and looks great with nearly black tights and a knee-length skirt.The heel height and shape make the perfect combination for elegance and comfort.The ankle strap gives both the elegance and the means to keep the shoe on while going up a size (advised) for the width!The leather sole is good but needs sanding a bit to stop the initial slip. The synthetic upper looks like leather and the lining compensates for the fact that it is not! A great shoe for the purpose.Forgot to mention that, as advised, you need to go up a size to get the fit of your regular size as this style comes up on the small side.

They are a small fit .. Need to go up at least 1 size but are really comfy when u get right size :-)

Ordered these shoes as didn't want to spend too much . I ordered a size up, as advised, and they feel roomy but not too big . Any smaller and by the end of the night dancing ,they'd be too tight . They have a nice soft lining and the heel size is as stated . The sole is smooth so I sanded it slightly before first use .It definately feels better dancing ( learning modern jive ) in these shoes rather than just ordinary ones . I'd recommend them . I did + my friend bought some too !

I love. love these shoes. Wish I'd discovered them years ago. No "Walking " them like all new shoes. SO comfortable. Was advised to go up a half size so instead of 7&1/2 went for 8. Bliss to wear ALL day. Have another colour put away for Granddaughters wedding in August. Best purchase EVER.

Ordered a full size up from normal and they fit perfectly. Very comfy

I didn’t trust the sizing as it advised you to purchase usual size so I sent them back.

I usually wear 36, but these shoes made my feet hurt as hell :( after some dancing I had pain in my toes for the next couple of days!

Love these. Great character shoes. You don’t have to break these in either, so no terrible foot pain during first use. They run a little large so maybe order half a size down. I still prefer the look and quality of Bloch though.
