They are ok but not fantastic
They work fairly well, except in classic shoes where i don't feel my arch being supported and they're not helping much with the heel. Not sure if it is the shape or what, but other products work better in classic shoes. These are great in sneakers.

Help with painful heels
I have recently started suffering with Plantar Fascilitis so after much looking for insoles, I tried these and so far so good. They are not to hard and have helped with the heel pain. I haven’t had them long so can’t say how they are going to last.
