Review for Pearl Drop Earrings 925 Sterling Silver Pearl Earrings Jewelry for Women, 18K Gold Dangle.Viewing the first product photo, I didn't realize that these earrings would be quite so long. The earrings with the dangle are a bit over 2 1/2" long.The earrings come in 2 parts. You have the round pearl button that can be worn alone as a stud earring. Then you have the oval pearl on a long chain with a loop at the top. The dangle's loop goes over the stud earring's post when you want to wear longer earrings. This combo makes these earrings versatile, as you can go from day to evening with the same pair of earrings.Since these are freshwater pearls, they are not perfectly shaped. The beauty in freshwater pearls is in their uniqueness, as no two pearls are the same. These pearls are well-matched. However, the dangle pearls are not quite a smooth oval as shown in the product photos. And the button pearl studs are flatter.I don't think that the dangle chain is too delicate. Like most dangles, you need to be careful that you don't catch the earring when brushing your hair.The dangle's top jump ring was large enough that I could easily add it to the stud earring without any problem.I do think that the earring back is too small.Don't expect the box to look like the product photos. The gift box was blue, and the earrings were inside a small plastic bags.Summary:This is a versatile set. If you love pearls and gold, then this is a great combo that will take you from daytime to evening.

I have ordered a number of earrings recently and several have been made with freshwater pearls. These are by far the nicest ones. First the pearls themselves are of a good size but not clunky. They have a very pleasing delicately hanging shape overall. The way they dangle is evocative of someone tickling a neck. The color and texture of the pearls are of high quality with just the right amount of iridescence as expected from freshwater pearls. They match well. The top pearls are smaller of course but not so small they get lost in the post as sometimes happens visually with these kinds of earrings. The gold is spot plating is spot on for imitating solid gold as one would want in this kind of jewelry. With the price of gold going higher and higher, gold plate like this is becoming more of an investment than a cheap way to achieve a gold look.The post, chain and rest all look well constructed and have a high quality finish as one would expect from a more expensive piece of jewelry. The post didn't stab me as it went into my piercing like some of this style have done. The backs are easy to get on and off but not too easy.The best part is how low these dangle and how elegant they look. These look good enough to wear to any formal event but perhaps not to a wedding unless you're the bride. We wouldn't want you upstaging her do we? But these are also sufficiently affordable that you won't feel nervous wearing them every day.These would make an excellent gift but do not come with an especially giftable container. No matter, you probably won't want to part with these anyways.

These are super cute. They don't look cheap but look classy. These would make a great gift. And I think the price is reasonable as these seem to be quality. Would recommend.

Looks cooler than I expected. It’s hard to find pearl earrings that aren’t cheesy. I think these work. The chain is awfully frail, but maybe that’s why it works. I just wouldn’t do yoga in them :-).

This was enjoyed by our grown daughter who got lots of compliments on them. Dressy enough for evening but simple enough to wear to work. She has super-sensitive skin and cannot wear anything but sterling or gold in her ears. She reported that they were not only comfortable, but that they left no residue or tarnish on her ears as some other silver earrings do. Two thumbs up!
