Great Food Source for Vitamin C

PaleoValley meat sticks have been a regular provision for me for over two years since adjusting my diet for autoimmune health reasons. So, they’ve proven to me their commitment to quality products which help those trying to adhere to AIP and other food plans which promote gut healing and overall wellness. This C product continues that with a clean list of foods, not manmade Citric Acid and Ascorbic Acid (which are often derived from corn and mold sources), to create a lovely supplement. I take it with my thyroid meds to increase absorption. And use it to bump up C when my immune system is battling an infection. Its a good vitamin c but pricey

I like that my skin is better and its not ruff on thr stomach. I would recommend but its too pricey for me .I would just buy a camu powder and call it a day.

Vegetable Caps & No Ascorbic Acid!

I read an article that You shouldn’t take a Vitamin C supplement that contains Ascorbic Acid next to where it states the word Vitamin C. I have a very sensitive stomach & want to keep My Microbiomes running as best inside of My body that I can. These Vegetable Caps that are plant based are easy for Me to swallow. The ingredients are all Organic Superfood blends which is what I love about them. I only take them as directed by My Dr. when I’m out & about doing alot of things during the day & tend to feel sluggish the next day. These along w/Whole Food Quercetin Plus keeps Me going. My regimen is taking both for 4 days straight. Then I don’t feel like I’m coming down w/any cold or flu, etc. You can take these though on a daily basis if Your Dr. wants You on Vitamin C every day.I’d recommend this product.

Great Product

I've been using PaleoValley C Complex for many years. I love the C Complex as I know I don't eat enough foods containing Vitamin C...at least not on a regular/steady basis. Having to have an existing regimin for taking heart meds, adding the C capsule made it very easy to add to an existing regimin.
