I have tried various probiotics, fiber supplements, etc etc over the years. I have never been "regular" my entire life. Everything I took to help either didn't work or worked "too well" if you get my meaning. Bloating, cramping, rushed trips to the bathroom... I was over it. This helped with my upset stomach; however, I would've wanted more in the bottle. It was overall easy to swallow although the capsuple weren't very small.

These were not it for me. I need the postbiotic in my probiotic. These caused me severe stomach distress. Gas, bloating feeling like I was going to have diarrhea at any moment .
