So far so good love the ease of locking it in place.I bought one from evenflo that was awful broke trying to use it put it right in the garbage. Should really return it to Walmart if I was smart. Even though it was only $15 I'm still a senior citizen I live on social security and every penny counts with me.I found this so easy to put up and lock in place.The evenflo from Walmart was a nightmare don't even bother getting it. My dachshund hates being locked in tge kitchen but she barks no stop at anyone that comes to my home.I can't get her to stop. Even if she has seen them many times It's in their genes I was told very protective of their home.So this will keep her in tge kitchen only when someone is coming over like right now I'm having physical therapy she wont stop barking at Aprip so into the kitchen sge stays .But I'm happy with it so far so good.Keeping box in case any prin the first 30 days

Gate quality:The quality of this gate was amazing. It was super easy to use and was super sturdy. It kept my 80 lb dog from getting down the hall with his cone of shame

brought this gate look great very easy to be adjusted but brought the wrong size needed it to be a little bit longer

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It was a great price and easy to use. The height was perfect to keep the cat from scratching at the door frame molding.Height:Perfect for our need.

Nice gate, good construction but a bit too tough to lock and reopen.

I have five cats. I have double closet doors in the bedroom which close with magnets. Not only did two of my cats figure out how to open the doors (reviewed the latch I bought) but, one of them would sneak into the closet anytime I opened the doors to get my clothes out. The gate prevents this and also stops the favorite household toy (plastic springs) from going all the way into the closet so, I don't have to always rescue the toy.

This is a waste of $50 (I stupidly bought two and threw the boxes out because *why* would I need them when the reviews were so glowing?) and I’m beyond pissed. I bought two, as I said, to try and corral our puppies. If only one was the problem, I’d say it’s a manufacturing issue. But both of them are cheap and flimsy, barely create any tension to hold themselves in place, and then fall over with the slightest puff of air, let alone a puppy banging against it. I don’t know if the company has changed manufacturers or the other reviewers have some magical ability to make these things work, but neither I nor my mechanically proficient husband can get one of these to last longer than a couple of hours before they come crashing down.Wow… I just complained to my husband about this POS gate 10 minutes ago after he fixed it AGAIN, and it literally fell over as I was typing this. I wish I had a video.Tldr; save your money and look elsewhere if you want a gate to actually stay up and do what it’s supposed to do.

Even used it's in great shape, and it will keep my tiny Chihuahua mix in so I can have my door open, I'd even use this as a safety gate for children. Very impressed
