These make a great presentation for parties, and they don't feel cheap. I know these are meant to be disposable, and I suppose anything can be called disposable, but the cups and plates are thick enough to handle trips through our dishwasher on regular cycle. It's nice to have both dinner plates and dessert plates, and if you keep your menu simple it's all you need. I like that they plates are clear, it's a nice change of pace from the typical red or white. The accent stripes give a nice flair of style, too. The plates are almost clear with blue lined edges. They are more opaque in person as opposed to clear if you are concerned about a theme. The cutlery is nice and durable-doesn't break easily. It's also smooth so you don't have to worry about sharp plastic edges. The cups aren't as durable. They do tend to snap if you squeeze them even a bit by accident. Overall, the set comes out to a little more than a dollar per guest and you can serve 25 guests. The price point is good. Usually the thick plastic sets are more expensive on Amazon from other sellers. This is a good option for a blue/white themed event.

This has been incredibly useful over Christmas! The downside of having family over is having to clean up after, but with these plastic sets I did not have to worry at all! Simply dispose of them when finished. Each piece is of good, sturdy quality. Collectively, the set is very stylish and does not look out of place at all! I got these with the black accent for our New Year's party and everyone loved them! They look elegant and everything is of excellent quality, even the plastic forks, spoons and knives. The large plates were sturdy enough to hold all the BBQ meats and sides, we used the small plates for cake and the 9oz. cups for fruit salad. They are definitely an excellent value for the price!
