The bag is nice, it fits shoes and other belongings like it says. The customer service is amazing as well. I didn’t get the strap for the bag and they sent it and additional things immediately and answered quickly. I did think the bag would be thicker (it comes folded up) for the price, but even though it isn’t it’s good quality! Great for a carry on, or the gym, or if you are a coach or have a kid in sports like I do!

This shoe bag I ordered is ver nice. Great quality and plenty of room. It cam with inserts that you can take out. You can put up to 4 pairs of shoes into the bag maybe more depending on the type of shoe. It’s came with 4 shoe covers, a long strap and another bag that could be use as another shoe bag or socks etc. This bag can really be used in several different ways.I have to say Kicks Kase customer service is top tier. I had a minor defect with my bag and I emailed the company and got an immediate response. I told them my issue and they took care of everything quickly. I was in contact with the same person through the entire process and they even followed up with me. From the time I sent the email with my issue and the issued being resolve it took less than 4 days, which included send me a new bag.I am beyond impress with my product and the customer service from this small business. Even though I had a minor issue I still gave them 5 stars because it’s well deserved.If they come out with other products that spark my interest I will definitely purchase from them.

My order came in sooner than expected. Quality of material looks and feels more than what I paid for. Needed a bag to carry 2 pairs of basketball shoes, a basketball, basketball jerseys, change of clothes and athletic tapes/wrap. I found it with this KXKS duffle bag. Strongly recommend.

Bought this for a gift - it is so spacious inside. The bag retains its shape and holds so much. I love the removable dividers inside so you can customize how many sections you need for shoes, clothes, etc. There are so many pockets everyone so you can store everything you can think of. Not only is there the main compartment, there is also two side zippered areas and the closing flap also has multiple zippered compartments.

My spouse loves this bag. I got this as a Christmas gift and he hasn't stopped using it for travel. It has a ton of pockets, and it is adjustable for the sneaker size.

Editing my original review, which is below. Seller refunded my purchase and sent me a new bag. Seems to be an Amazon return policy issue and not an issue with the seller. Appreciated the quick response as well as the dedicated customer service.The product is nice and my husband likes it but we found a glasses case and a wedding ring inside one off the pockets. It also had a faint smell of smoke to it. Obviously someone used this bag and it was resold.

LOVE this bag. The design is both stylish and practical. So far the most I've managed to fit in this big is two pairs of Jordan 1 highs and three pairs of dunks/lows. The shoe bags they come with are also super convenient for extra protection. This bag is also an incredible value. My boyfriend has one that looks almost identical and he paid three times the amount. I would absolutely recommend this bag to anyone!

I work for the railroad and I bought this bag because it's functional and cheaper than Carhartt brand, I don't even put sneakers in it lol. Put all manner of work stuff in it and it's holding up 100%First I have to give props to this company, they did not cut corners. They COULD have put cheaper hardware to save on manufacturing like plastic clips, cheap zipper and cheap nilon strap but this bag is excellent. The stitching holds up, The clips are all metal, the material has a smooth to the touch feel. Zippers feel sturdy. The strap smooth too. And I say I put heavy stuff in that bag. I've recommended it at work and one guy already bought one.

La calidad de la maleta es excelente, todas las piezas de cierres y argollas son de metal 100%, nada de plástico. Cuenta con varias bolsitas y compartimientos aparte del área para los sneakers. En mi caso pude poner 4 pares variados (700 V3, Jordan 1, Jordan 4 y AM 97) sin ningún problema, cabe mencionar que uso talla 13US (11MX) y aún así el espacio fue suficiente.

This bag is awesome. The zippers are so smooth. The material is really nice. Dividers are stiff and Velcro in. The side pockets are such a great space addition. Unless you aren’t looking for extra space. For the price it’s a really great deal. I would buy another one just to have one for just shoes and the other for clothes.

Bought this for my son who play rep basketball, and we love it. You can adjust the slots to fit two pairs of shoes and a ball, plus many more pouches for other accessories like knee pads, sleeves, water bottle, slides, etc. We also had a slight issue and YUJUN from customer service took care of us right away, no questions asked. Really rare to experience such top notch customer service, highly recommended A+++
