evolution is the only oil i use having the megane 225 2.0 sport..its the recommended oil from renault and with a 9 year old turbo engine its always best to use what they say is besti have used this 5 times now and have had no problemsthe recommended oil change is 12 months but i have done it every 6 just to be on the safe sidethe canisters themselves have a retractable nozzle that comes out when you open the lid to stop you spilling it
