Robust, easy to put together and does the job it's supposed to do

Easy enough to put together. Does the job.

Go this a previous one was leaking. The hose was fine but then internal connection leaked, this has a 45 degree internal joint that helps guide the hose without kinks into the internal coil and that puts less pressure on th connections. Early days but working well with no leaks and a better design then Hozelock. Cheapest option for replacing a leaking existing version or if you already have a hose.

I’ve used this hose reel with a 30m hose, and it fits without any issues. While it is advertised as suitable for up to 45m, that capacity will likely depend on using a thinner hose. My hose is thicker and anti-kink, so it takes up more space. Assembly was straightforward, and once built, the plastic feels strong and reasonably durable. The connectors also worked well, with no leaks during use so far. It’s worth noting that wall mounting hardware is not included and must be purchased separately. This means that if you want to use it as a wall-mounted unit, the overall cost increases beyond the base product price. I’ve only used it once so far, so I can’t comment on long-term reliability yet. A bit fiddly to put together but sturdy enough one built.

This looks flimsy but it’s actually quite sturdy once put together. Fairly easy to assemble, I thought the hose connector was never going to fit, but apply pressure and keep twisting it and it suddenly goes. Much better than a similar version that I bought and had to return from a well-known DIY shop. Tend to agree that it’s a bit smaller than it actually says. I now need to cut a few feet off my hosepipe to attach the reel to the tap. It didn’t wind on very evenly, but the hose has been roaming free for some months and got quite tangled. Overall good value for money, it’s done the job and removed the very high risk that I’ll trip over the loose hose.

Arrived within 24 hrs. Easy to put together and operate.

The instructions are absolutely appalling. Make no sense. The manufacturer need to look at them again. Photos are just about useless. Once figured out the hose reel is ok. Does the job.

Buono, funzionale.

Muy fácil de montar. Aunque la mayoría de sus partes son de plástico, éstas parece que aguantarán bien el peso de un manguera de 30mts.. Estaría bien que la base metálica que toca al suelo tuviese alguna protección de goma.

Product does not come with the wall bracket, despite it saying wall mounted in the description!! The wall bracket is a separate purchase.
