ADAVIN Decorative Metal Fence with Gate 40in(H) x 27in(L) 8 Panels Black

I have been using this sectional gate product to allow for some extra space for my large cats. I had ugly taller green poles and building fabric up but these sectional units look much nicer. They are shorter than what I had up but my agile service cat-dog is getting older. He can still climb trees when the unpredictable weather allows us to go out for walks but has no interest in even trying to jump the sectional fence. His job is to keep close to me so that likely plays a small part of it. Both the cat-dog and the Maine Coon like having te ability to go out nibble on their grass patch and mostly watch what is going on at our end of the street. I am on a significant incline si I had to use patio bricks to get the area somewhat level. The provide gate and fencing pins are plenty long but watch for how the connecting loops align to keep it all level. The sections are surprisingly stronger than I expected. I do like having a gate to use for easier access from the fenced patio area. It is not wide so you may need to turn sideways and/or reinforce that section with a couple short garden poles from you local garden store or hardware store. Overall I have been using it for several months and through the winter and there are no signs of wear on the sections I used. I have three other sections I likely will use to prop up some tall garden flowers. The purchase of this sectional gate has been worth every penny so far. I highly recommend it— though dog size may be a consideration and never leave your beloved companion unattended. Currently the ground is very soft and mushy with the frozen ground thawing and daily hours of rain. Because of the time of year I have checked the gate for security and any signs of shifting. I have had only to push a couple gate pins down a bit. Not only has it improved the quality of my four footed companions it has proven to be attractive. If you camp or use an RV this set would be easily transportable and a useful area to let you best friend get some fresh air with you sitting nearby relaxing with a book and some iced tea.

<Update: hasn’t even been up a month yet and already starting to get covered in rust. > More durable than I expected, used it to fence off a section near my patio to keep kids and dogs form running off when I wanna relax outside. Long as you don't let your kids bounce off it or have large dogs that push on it hard, it'll hold up well. Would need longer and thicker posts to drive in to the ground if they push on it a lot, the panels would hold up fine. Currently contains a 2 year old, a 3.5 year old, and a husky when needed.

The sizing of this fence worked out great for us. We only wanted a fence to line our back patio area of our apartment. It took both my husband and I to get it out of the box, but after that the install was super easy and straightforward. It looks nice and gives us the feel of being enclosed in our own space but still be able to see the back of the apartment complex area. It is definitely in the ground and not going anywhere but the top part does still sway a bit and doesn't feel completely solid. We did zip tie the side that sits up against the existing fence and that helped on that side but once you get two panels away, it is back to being wobbly. I'm hoping the toddlers don't shake it too much. There are not any revealed sharp parts so that is really nice for having toddlers around it. The connections feel well made. The little gate only swings one way, but it doesn't stop at the closed point and goes slightly past it so it looks like it can swing both ways and that really confuses my toddlers. They are constantly trying to muscle it into opening the wrong way. I plan on attaching a little stopper to one side so it is more obvious that they can't push it that way. the locks are also a bit complicated to use. They are like dog kennel locks that wobble a lot. That will work for our purposes because we don't need to go in/out very often, but it could be a real pain for someone who was expecting to go in and out and lock quickly and often. Overall it is perfect for what we needed it for and we'd likely purchase it again for the same use if needed, but wouldn't be the solution for many spaces.

Sturdy rods and fence. It's NOT flimsy like the photos appear. Excellent gate and latch. The gate has easy entry. Retractable latch preventing protruding prongs that could injure pet's eyes like some other designs. Very quick and simple to put up. Will buy more!

This worked very well for the short amount of time that I needed it. Ended up giving it to the people in the RV park next to us.
