let me start by saying that this piece is MADE IN THE USA, which makes me very happy!!! the medal size is perfect for a man or a woman. the chain is your standard link stainless with a clasp. i have read a review that say it’s not the pictured chain but i think it may just be the way it looks different photographed. i can put this on over my head without opening it. you could easily swap out chains if you like. the medal is sterling silver and beautifully detailed—given the size/space for all that is stamped on it. the medal is a nice thickness—solid. the price is excellent for the quality! this was exactly what i was looking for—an easy to wear everyday piece with nice detail and quality that will hold up over the years. a four way medal is such a perfect symbol of Catholic faith, and i was thrilled to find one that didn’t come across as something i took from my dad but that also worked for a smaller woman too! fast shipping and a very nice gift box!

I really liked this Necklace! It was not exactly what I thought I would be receiving. However, it was still beautyfull! The only complaint I really Have, is the way it was "Packaged" and I received it, and the knecklace is fairly thick and bulky! I think a Smaller Necklace would have suited this Penant much better. Other than these two things, I really liked the penant and the appearance of it! For the price it was offerred for to purchase, I do think it is well worth the discounted price. I do not think I would have paid the "Original Full Price" on this item. However, I do feel good about the quality and value! I would DEFINITLY RECOMMEND "This Item" if you are looking for this type of knecklace, which I was looking for! I think you will be very pleased with the Purchase!!!

I love this beautifully made 4 way medal. I've been shopping online for quite some time in my search for a beautifully crafted 4 way medal for myself and I have found it. I was very pleased with the high quality of the medal itself and I prefer the stainless steel curb necklace instead of sterling silver. The medal and chain were presented in a beautiful gift box along with an extra jump ring in case I want to remove the spring lock clasp, add in the jump ring and solder it to make a continuous chain. The added bonus is the price....AND it is made in the U.S.A.Amen !

The medal itself is fine, but the super-cheap chain is awful. The rhodium plating wears off in a couple months and then your skin is rubbing on stainless steel, which has nickel in it, of course. It gave me a horrible rash and I can’t even wear it anymore.

I really love my medal . I did have to shorten the chain just a few inches because I didn't like where it was positioned . It was too low for me. I'm 5"11 and medium built . It came down to the middle of my chest . So I had it shortened to the top of my chest and it looks great. My wife likes it too. I wear it all the time and it is very comfortable. I chose to have it blessed by a priest and now I'm really happy.

The necklace is nice weight and very nice. . Son will probably get a heavier stainless chain

My eight year old got a pewter one like this for his first communion. He then went through 4 of them of different makes, losing each one with normal wear. Of course he is a boy and wears it all the time, but some would just break off and we'd find it in his bed or they would just disappear never to be seen again and he would be left with just a chain. I decided to try this one since it was sterling silver so I hoped the metal would be stronger and so far so good. It is bigger than his others and the chain is longer, but he has gotten used to it. I male teenager or above would find it perfect, but it will be big on smaller children. If you have someone making their first communion and you expect them to wear it all the time, better to get this and have it be big than to have to buy a new one every few months.

I love this necklace! I got it for Christmas, I wear it nearly every day. I feel good when I wear it, protected. It looks far better than the photos show. I would recommend this.

This is quite lovely and exactly what I hoped it would be when I order it.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter for her Confirmation. After receiving it I didn't like the look of the chain. To me it looked a little cheap and the clasp wasn't strong at all. I removed the chain and purchased something I felt suited the Cross a little better. The Cross however, is Gorgeous! My daughter is constantly getting compliments on it. She wears it all day, everyday. I plan to repurchase this in the future for myself.

Purchased as a confirmation gift for my nephew who is allergic to everything! He has had no difficulties with this medal and chain.

After about a week the chain changed color was was dull , the gold plating came off. And it was grey in certain spot. Pendant was nice though. But definitely not worth the money I paid. I had to return it.
