Worrest watch I ever see, even road side watches will work at least one year with out any issues , there is no way we can contact support team Amazon just selling this product and washing their hands , please do not buy this product. Momenter gone for this watch with in 3 monts of purchase not able to contact any support team and Amazon did not help

I bought this watch almost a year ago and I have no regrets in my purchase. Everyone who sees it on my wrist, and I mean everyone, compliments me on it. I bought the Rose cold with the blue face. It's beautiful! Recently the battery died so I took it to the jewelry shop and they had a hard time figuring out how to get to the battery. They didn't want to force it open in case they broke the "expensive" timepiece!! LOL I told them it wasn't an expensive watch so I would just buy a new one. The jeweler said "well, Since it might be a throwaway watch now, how about I try and if it breaks, it breaks. I agreed. I would have gladly bought a new one if I needed to. So she used a little bit more force.to get the back off and it worked!! Now, I know! It's NOT a throwaway!! I still might purchase another with the ruby face color!!
