I’m very low in Magnesium my doctor approved that i take this. It makes me sleep good. No more Charlie Horse leg cramps that wakes me up at night. Its best taken one hour before bedtime and maybe three times a week only. It can mess up the heart so do not take this everyday. Other than that, its good. I had breathing problems with Magnesium Oxide. This Magnesium Glycinate is good. As always, check with your doctor before taking any supplements.
