My cats love it..hope itMy cats love it. Ask if it is still holding up after 8 months and I will tell you if it is worth it.

Great way to help keep your cat from clawing your sofa. Not 100% but it has helped take her mind away from sofa and use this scratching post. Great quality.

My 5 indoor rescues love playing and sitting on it.

Returned because it was too short

Cute but I'm missing the screws that attach the bottom to the scratching posts.

What is not to like about the Rosewood cat scratcher?Just take a look at the alternatives in say Pets At Home, my eyes pop out of my head at the prices they want for anything like this!A blind monkey could put this together, it takes literally a minute to assemble and once built is a solid nice looking unit. I am generally impressed with the quality. I try to give objective reviews including criticisms but as of yet I have found none.Now does it work? Absolutely!!For the love of Cheese if I had to deal with one more cardboard cat scratcher spewing cardboard all over the place like a confetti orgy I was going to loose my marbles!! When our last cardboard scratcher decided to explode all over the place our newest kitten, Squeak-a-bell, decided the side of our couch was the next best thing and went at it with all of the gusto a Bengal cross could muster!So it was with great relief, and a fair amount of catnip, that within a day our energetic kitten & our fully grown temperamental cat Pusspuss is now scratching away at the Rosewood scratcher and not our furniture!Thoroughly Recommend!

I received the scratcher yesterday and assembled it immediately. Before I could put it together my cat was already pawing at it. It’s very easy to assemble, a screwdriver isn’t required although it is useful. It took maybe 5 minutes to put together.The base is a bit light so we’ve had to weigh it down in the center, which is why this isn’t 5 stars.My cat is a 7 year old 5.5kg tabby and he needs a solid scratcher. Other than the weighting issue, this is perfect. He loves that there’s 3 types of material to scratch.For the first time in his life he’s using the top section as a place to sit and lie down and he seems to fit comfortably.For the price and with how happy my cat is now, this is an amazing product.

I was sceptical at first when purchasing this as all previous scratch posts turned out to be much smaller than I thought however, this one is a really good size. It's not huge, a little less than knee height, but it's perfect for an adult sized cat.It's very stable and resilient and I regularly find my cat doing acrobatics and swinging off the posts. There is also a good sized, carpeted, top and base to keep the whole thing stable even with large cats and even gives them a spot to sleep when they have worn themselves out.It may be a little too large for kittens but they would soon grow into it. Highly recommended.

It’s hard to rate the value for money as I don’t know how long it will last, but my two cats took to it instantly so for me it is a good purchase. I’m hoping the picture will give context of size... this cat is about medium build (perhaps slightly on the large build) and he has plenty of room to lay on the top, he out grew a slightly smaller podium ages ago. Neither of my cats have slept on it yet. The balls are an added bonus too. I’ve only had it a couple of days so I’m not sure how long it will last, but as it has 3 posts, hopefully a while. It hasn’t tipped over either. I was surprised my cats took to it so quickly too. Super easy to assemble, I’ve done a couple of basic ones before but found I didn’t need the instructions for this one

It was very easy to put together. I’m not too keen on the brown carpet looking material on the top but my kitten absolutely loves it. Within 2 minutes he was scratching on it and burning energy playing with the balls. Hopefully he continues to love it this much. (I am writing this review after only 10 mins so cannot review the quality / how long it stands up to kitten claws)
