This stuff is great when you figure out how to use it. It can have a rather strange taste when it's not properly dissolved. I initially began taking it by stirring it into a beverage, which doesn't work very well (even if it is vigorously stirred). Camu powder likes to float to the top and clump up, the 'strange taste' came from drinking it with the still undissolved clumps floating around. The fastest, easiest, and most efficient way to dissolve it is by 'shaking' the beverage. So, I use about one ounce of orange juice and 5 ounces of water (cold) that I pour into a bottle with a lid...then I throw in a quarter teaspoon of the camu, put the lid on, and shake it 2 or 3 times...it dissolves easily this way and tastes just fine.Wholefood vitamin C is an essential nutrient and this stuff has plenty of 'bang for the buck'. Since vitamin C is water soluble and the body does not 'store it', it is best utilized by taking smaller doses of it throughout the day...maybe work your way up to a half teaspoon twice a day, or a quarter teaspoon 3 or 4 times per day.

We use this in our smoothies almost daily and like it. It goes a long way and is a good price for what you get.

We love this stuff. I put in in smoothies, but also I dip fruit straight in the powder and eat. So tart but I love it.
