These really do work on reducing cravings. Stick well once placed they don't fall off easily. Are easy enough to remove when the time is up. They really cut the nicotine cravings down.

I got these patches to help reduce and ultimately quit vaping. I can attest to the fact that when these actually work, my overall vaping intake drops considerably. I usually put the patch on my shoulder, but I decided to place it on my forearm for the sake of demonstration.While these patches do indeed work as intended, I do have a few gripes with them, which would prevent me from purchasing them in the future. Please note that YMMV1. Size: The size of these patches is far larger than others that I've used, which contained a comparable dose.2. Color: The color of these patches is skin-colored, similar to a bandage. This isn't a huge deal, but I've used others that are clear and almost invisible when being used.3. Adhesiveness: The strength of the adhesive was my biggest issue with these patches. My body naturally runs hot, so my skin will often get mildly damp if I do tasks like walking. Normally, with other patches, this was never an issue, but with these patches, the adhesive would often be so weak that the patches would slip off.Rating:3/5 ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

Just starting this journey of quitting, so we will see how this actually goes.I'm starting with step 1 and so far these patches seem to be taking the edge off of the cravings. Of course the "habit" of having something in my hands is proving to be the challenging part! To combat that I have started chewing on plastic straws and that seems to help with some of it.....The patches adhere well and I use them throughout the day while I'm at work. No more smoke breaks for me!So far, so good! Will be moving to step 2 soon, so crossing my fingers this is the tool I need to kick the habit!

I don't know if I should hold it against the product or if it's me. Made my skin itchy and irritated. Disposed of.

Applying it is very easy so is removing it. Each patch is individually packed. It is odorless and not disturbing while it is on the body.I am not sure if I ordered the wrong item, This is the one with the highest nicotine level. After applying it i did not notice a difference. At this price, it was worth trying. but it did not work on me as I expected

These do the job and effectively cut the chemical side effects of quitting inhalable nicotine, if you're trying the divide-and-conquer approach (tackling the hand-to-mouth self-soothing and chemical dependency issues separately, like I am... so far, so good). The adhesive does get a bit dodgy around the 20 hour mark, but if you place it in a low-movement area without muscles or tendons flexing under the surface, it should stay put for the most part.

The patches stick well, and did not irritate my skin. I am using the step 1 patch. I have used nicotine gum, and lozenges in the past, and I would always find myself over using them. With the patch, I only stick 1 on a day, so I don't find myself over using them. For me, I found using the patch the best way to go in trying to stop smoking. These patches do help with the nicotine craving part of smoking. I am happy with this product, and would recommend patches over the other types of stop smoking methods.

I ordered these for family member who is a frequent smoker. She was eager to try these patches and is happy with the product itself. The patches are easy to use and apply to the skin. They stay on without being uncomfortable or overly sticky. However, sadly these didn't seem to work. The patches did not seem to curb or help with nicotine urges after using for at least a week. I know nicotine addiction is tricky, but I was hoping these would be a good first step.
