My massage therapist use it for my back. It works great.

Works good for pain and a wide variety of cups. Easy to use by yourself too for harder to reach areas. I use them for my back and my boyfriend for his plantar fasciitis.

These are not as good quality as others that we’ve purchased. This is our second batch, but not from this company. It comes all stacked with no organization and makes it easy to break/crack down the line. They don’t maintain suction. I wouldn’t recommend these. I would not recommend these.
