This sewer camera has been really great to use. Very easy to use and the touchscreen is very responsive. Image quality is great. I did want to write a review because of the great customer service experience I had. My first two sewer video pipe inspections went great. When I went to do my third sewer inspection there was lines popping in and out on video as I pulled the cable out and my screen would go blank, but it would still record. I emailed customer support and told them about the issue I was experiencing. They sent me detailed instructions as well as videos to troubleshoot so they could determine what was going on. We emailed as well as used the WhatsApp. After doing my test they concluded that it was a malfunction with the distance counter. They had one in the US and sent it to me as quickly as they could. I did change that part out and it fixed the issue. When I pulled the extra terminal connector off of the block, I actually damaged a piece of the connector they sent me which I believe I can glue back, but have not done that yet. I was still able to plug in the connector and it worked, but this was damaged that I caused myself. I let customer Support know what I did and ask them if they could send me another one and that I would pay for it. They could have easily told me how much the part was and I would have paid it but instead, they sent me another one free of charge. This one was coming from China so it was gonna take a little while to get here, but it really meant a lot that they were willing to do that. The customer support that I got from the company was amazing and that is a huge plus cause sometimes stuff is gonna happen. It’s important that when stuff like that happens that the company has your back. They did an excellent job taking care of my issue and I look forward to using this product more and more and will definitely give an updated review in the future. Thank you Sanyipace!

We used the camera about 15 times and it worked great and then it just stopped working and the screen is black. We called the number they provided for product support and we got a message saying the phone number was powered off. Very disappointing and frustrating!

I bought this equipment and used pretty regularly after about 3 months I lost video I contacted the manufacturer Mainly Miki He was extremely helpful and a few emails I had the new repair part and their service was amazing I have great experience with them Thanks

Money maker. Not bad and price is great compared to Ridgid. No issues.

Yes I like product very much wish the the camera probe could be upgrade with a 360 version but it can't.

I'm an inspector and general contractor and needed a great camera to perform sewer scope inspections and more. This was the best purchase ever making my job more efficient and easier to perform. The images are clear, audio is crisp and the media is easily transferable with the memory card that is provided. I would highly recommend this product!
