Great product
I had previously used capsules for psyllium husk but find this product to be better, I sprinkle on my morning porridge and mix in, easy to take and no plastic casing. I have IBS with diarrhoea and the added fibre from the psyllum husk adds bulk and improves my bowel movement. Too much information? Well if you’re reading this then you are probably okay with all things bowels! I highly recommend and it is great value for money.

Might be worth it?
Was apprehensive before trying this but after a week i noticed a slight difference with my metabolism in a positive way. I feel less bloated which is a plus

So little for the money
Seems to be decent stuff but the size of it is ridiculous for the money, won't be buying it again. I know it does state the gramage before I purchased but you only realise how small it is when it turns up. Wouldn't recommend.
